Please be aware that counterfeit items will not have been made in our ethically accredited factories, by purchasing you may be supporting factories who do not share our values in taking responsibility for our world and its people.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ITEMS

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with your tracking number.

 

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail and take 5-7 business days to arrive.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK?

 

If your size is out of stock you can email us with your size and the item you are wanting to buy. We release our collections in drops as they are limited edition, if you are looking for a specific size of an item, please email us so we can make sure you have first access to buy when it becomes available.

 

WILL THERE BE DELAYS

 

During sale events, public holidays or within a new collection release there may be delays on shipping, we truly appreciate your patience during these times.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECIEVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

 

Please email us ASAP with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER

 

We many be able to change/cancel your order depending on time your order is processed, if you email us, we will get back to you and let you know.

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

 

Yes, we offer 14 Days Returns on all items. You can find our full Return Policy on our Returns page.

 

Please email us about any enquiries if you are wanting to return your item, so we can get it processed for you.

 

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing.
